A promo card is a card handed out at events or campaigns instead of being sold in packs. In the NARUTO CARD GAME the first promos are versions of CP-001, a Chakra card: the resource that lets you activate effects during a game. The same artwork can appear with different stamps, and each stamp is a separate collectible with its own market.
