At NARUTOMARKET we take your data seriously, and the most honest way to show it is to tell you exactly what we collect: almost nothing.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE
NARUTOMARKET, an independent fan-made website. You can reach the data controller at info@narutomarket.com.

WHAT DATA WE PROCESS
There is no user registration. We do not ask for your name, your email or any personal data in order to browse this site.

The only thing recorded is what any web server records when you visit a page: your IP address, the browser and system you use, the page visited and the date and time. Those logs are generated automatically by our hosting provider and exist to keep the site running and to detect attacks or abuse.

If you write to info@narutomarket.com, we will process your email address and whatever you tell us, solely in order to reply.

WHY WE MAY PROCESS IT
Server logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): keeping the service secure and available. If you write to us, the basis is your own consent in sending the message.

COOKIES
This site uses no advertising, tracking or third-party cookies.

There is a single technical cookie, named nm_sesion, and only when someone signs in to the administration panel. It is strictly necessary to keep that session open and is deleted when the browser closes. As an ordinary visitor you never receive it.

We also use no analytics tool at this time. If we ever add one, we will update this page and ask for your consent before switching it on.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Hosting: the site is hosted with Hostinger, acting as data processor and holding the server logs.

Fonts: typefaces are served from our own server. Nothing is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser sends no data to Google when you visit us.

External links: we link to eBay, to official distributors and to news sources. When you follow one of those links you leave our site and enter that site's privacy policy, over which we have no control.

HOW LONG WE KEEP DATA
Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for as long as needed for the security of the service. Emails you send us are kept for the duration of the conversation and a reasonable period afterwards, in case it needs to be resumed.

TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
We do not deliberately carry out international data transfers. Our hosting provider operates servers within the European Union.

YOUR RIGHTS
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability at any time by writing to info@narutomarket.com. We will reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority in your own country.

MINORS
This site is informational and is not specifically directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 14.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If we change anything meaningful, we will update the date at the top and note it on the site.
