NARUTO CARD GAME: the launch figures collectors need to check
A $16.99 starter, $4.99 boosters and a possible June 25 date are circulating. We trace the reports and explain their implications without treating unverified figures as official specifications.
In this article
The first NARUTO CARD GAME launch is acquiring more than names and character artwork in fan discussions: prices, quantities and an exact day are now circulating. These are the details a newcomer wants before choosing a deck or opening a first box. They are also the details worth checking before turning expectations into a budget.
Our investigation separates two levels. Bandai has announced a worldwide June 2027 launch, starters centred on Naruto, Sasuke and Gaara, and the first Booster Pack. The more precise figures discussed below come from secondary reporting for which we have not verified primary confirmation as of October 28, 2026.

Two articles, one publisher
On October 22, NarutoCardGuide described circulating product slides as unconfirmed. On October 25, the same site presented matching figures as official. Neither article, as consulted, linked a new Bandai document explaining that change in status. These are two posts from one publisher, not two independent confirmations.
We compared the reports with Bandai’s public news and retailer pages and searched public references from GTS, Southern Hobby, PHD and Gametrade. We did not locate an accessible primary listing confirming the day, prices and configuration together. That does not prove the material false or rule out private trade documents; it means we cannot label it a verified official specification.
The reported figures at a glance
| Detail | Circulating information | Verification status |
|---|---|---|
| Release day | June 25, 2027 | Primary confirmation not located; Bandai announces June |
| Starter deck | $16.99 per deck | Reported price, not a verified official MSRP |
| First booster pack | $4.99; 12 cards | Reported price and contents |
| Display box | 24 packs | Reported configuration |
| Shipping case | 12 display boxes | Reported configuration |
The material also uses NT-01. We retain it here as the identifier used in the report under review, not as authentication of the entire slide. A recognisable code or illustration cannot verify every accompanying figure.
$4.99 would refer to a pack, not a box
The sales unit matters. The circulating report assigns $4.99 to one pack. If 24 packs per display were confirmed, multiplication would give $119.76 for the equivalent of 24 individual packs. That is our arithmetic, not an announced sealed-box MSRP. Taxes, store pricing and terms may differ.
Likewise, 12 cards multiplied by 24 would give 288 physical cards, not necessarily 288 different cards, a complete set or guaranteed rarities. A case of 12 displays is a further unit. Mixing those units would make a price comparison misleading.

A ready-to-play deck serves a different purpose
A starter offers a prepared foundation for learning and playing. Boosters expand possibilities and add discovery. A newcomer’s choice depends on whether the priority is a playable base or exploring cards, rather than whichever price tag looks smaller.
The secondary report also describes accessories and extra packs inside the starters. We could not verify final contents or whether regions would share the same configuration. We therefore do not promise a bonus or fix a final retail card total. Dollar figures should not be treated as European prices through a simple currency substitution.
What would turn a report into reliable product information?
A manufacturer announcement or identifiable distributor listing would allow readers to check edition, territory, contents, date and sales unit. Character artwork is not a photograph of final packaging. The images in this article come from the official product reveal: they identify the lineup, not the reported prices.
For new collectors, useful preparation means learning the characters, trying the mechanics and deciding what to collect. There is no need to rush because an unverified day is circulating. Neither print runs, future shortages nor financial returns can be inferred from a commercial presentation.
We will keep checking. Our product timeline preserves the distinction between announced and verified information, while the online demo offers a way to start with the game itself. We will update this report when a primary source resolves the outstanding questions.
