Itachi — Sasuke's older brother, the man who destroyed the Uchiha clan and then joined the Akatsuki — stands motionless in his black cloak patterned with red clouds, crows scattering around him against a painterly burnt-orange sky. It is the only card of the first batch labelled "Special / Akatsuki Organization", and the first with a teal frame accent.
